Member Difficulty Processing Membership Renewal

We are REALLY UNHAPPY (I almost never use block caps) that some members are having so much difficulty renewing their 2020 EPC membership!  Renewals are important to us and the problems which members are having on a daily basis are simply unacceptable.

We were forced by Wild Apricot to adopt this new payment system purveyor and now we are seeing daily grief with some members' payments being rejected, often for unknown reasons.

So, please, if you are struggling with the payment system, do not walk away muttering to yourself.  Do not give up. But also, please, do not suffer in silence.

Let us know you are experiencing frustration and we will help you.

Susan and Alix, our membership gurus, are excellent.  They will talk you through it and, if all else fails, they will customize a solution for you. Contact them by clicking this link or using this email address

Thank you for your forbearance!

Paddles Up, Always!

Helen
