Under Age Players

Our Club is currently operating under the policy that membership is limited to players with a minimum age of 18 years.  Recently a few members have questioned bringing their children or grandchildren to play Pickleball at the outdoor courts.  The Board considered this question yesterday.  After discussing several options, the Board past a motion that children under the age of 18 could play as a guest during any of the “OPEN” times on the Edmonton Pickleball Club Outdoor Schedule as long as the he/she is accompanied by an Edmonton Pickleball Club member during the entire time the underage player is on the court.  Accordingly the member accepts the responsibly for ensuring the underage player has proper court footwear and accepts all responsibility for the actions of the underage player on the court.

 Club Potluck Social

Mark your calendars… this popular event is coming on Thursday June 8 for all up-to-date dues paying members (wink, wink) and their spouses/partners.  More details will be sent out soon.
